I’m a mixologist who’s been working behind the bar and
consulting for restaurants for 10 years.

I started The Mixologists Journal because I was tired of
 content that’s either dumbed down to nothing or
so pretentious you need a PhD to understand it.

It really is not that complicated. It should be fun.

I write about what I know—how to taste bourbon, build
cocktails, and enjoy whiskey.
