Roots and Beginnings
My Story begins in Twin Cities, I was drawn to the engery of restaurants and bars; places where people connect, celebrate, and create memories. I always knew I was a leader, I am always looking for a challenge. My Leadership really shone through once i took on the role of opening Pink Ivy Kitchen and Bar in small town Hopkins, Minnesota.
Tasked with launching a new venture, we knew we wanted something different. We wanted to be approachable, teachers, and cheerleaders for our new team. I wanted to build a cohesive team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
I wanted to tell a story with my cocktails, something to be reminded of. I also had high expectations pairing a cocktail program to pair with Chef Micheals food.
I am always committed to continuours growth. I want to continue to learn and teach others my passion. I took my first online wine course with the National Wine School, and compeated in pairing competitions. I want to give others the tools to be inspired, from Cocktails, to Wine.
